22 – 24 May
Liverpool Docklands, Merseyside

The city that gave us The Beatles has a strong cultural link to the music industry so it is perhaps fitting that the inaugural Liverpool Sound City was launched in the very same year Liverpool was named the European Capital of Culture.
Since 2008, Liverpool Sound City has grown into one of the most important and well-respected cultural events in the UK, with its three days of incredible live music and arts running in tandem with a groundbreaking music and digital industry conference showcasing some of the most influential people from the creative industries.
This year sees Sound City move away from its original home in and around the venues of Wolstenholme Square to the iconic Bramley Moore Dock. Sound City 2015 will utilise the existing industrial architecture and warehousing on the docks as unique venues whilst blending in a series of bespoke pop-ups, big tops and tents and for the first time an outdoor main stage giving an unparalleled view of the main artists with Liverpool’s world famous skyline in the background.
