21 – 23 August - Temple Island Meadows, Henley-on-Thames - Tickets: £57.50

80’s music is seeing a rebirth at Rewind South this year, with The Selecter’s performing tracks from their new album Subculture, out in June.  Subculture is a Jamaican influenced collection, with an in your face rude girl rhythm that harks back to such classics as Too Much Pressure and Celebrate the Bullet.  In a similar resurgence, ABC will be playing tracks from their debut album The Lexicon of Love, which they performed last year at London’s prestigious Royal Albert Hall.

Festival goers at Rewind South can rest assured of an assortment of unique classics this year.  Go West, a pop duo who saw practically overnight success in the mid 80’s with their hit single We Close Our Eyes which remained in the charts for 83 weeks will be making an appearance.  King Of Wishful Thinking granted the band global success and fans can enjoy the set at Rewind South this year.  Brit duo Banarama, who took the world by storm in the early 80’s will also be performing acclaimed hits, Ain’t What You Do and Cruel Summer amongst others.
