With 145,000 members of staff – or “Cast Members” as Disney calls them – Disneyland Paris is one of France’s biggest employers and in turn they offer a whole range of internships, apprenticeships and job roles for you to discover a whole new world.
Internships at Disneyland Paris last a minimum of 6 months, whilst apprenticeships last 12 months or more. Many interns secure permanent job offers this way and it is one of the best ways to get your “foot in the door” with such a large and prestigious company, as well as the entertainments and tourism industries as a whole.
You may even be surprised at the diversity of roles offered. Disney maintains, operate and promote the huge 20 square kilometre Disneyland Paris site. Internships and apprenticeships are offered in diverse fields such as marketing the site and Disney brand, engineering the development and maintenance of rides, and roles within events and tourism that are as world class as the most visited attraction in Europe itself.
